Our restaurant Lumières is currently under reconstruction. Until mid-May we invite you to enjoy our temporary restaurant in the ballroom. We spoil our guests daily at lunch and dinner with exquisite dishes.
Enjoying good food is the motto of chef Ludovico de Vivo’s menu; just like in his own family. A variety of masterfully composed dishes are served.
On our menu you will find appetizers such as tarte with endive and olives, carpaccio with arugula, Parmesan and truffle, and a spelt salad with vegetables and dried fruits. Main courses from a rack of lamb to Egli fillet to asparagus gratin with poached egg. Or our lasagna with asparagus and peas as well as Maltagliati with wild garlic and giant shrimps.
Finally, we recommend a coffee and Cherry Tiramisù or Apple Crumble with vanilla ice cream. Those who prefer salty food will enjoy a cheese platter with a selection of regional products from Maitre Fromager Rolf Beeler.
