Our Tavolata Restaurant in the Ballroom is only open from the beginning of February to mid-May, during the renovation of the Lumières Restaurant. We serve our guests daily with exquisite Italian dishes for lunch and dinner.
Sharing good things with pleasure is the motto of chef Ludovico de Vivo’s menu; just like in your own family. Various masterfully composed dishes are served at the same time. Starters from vitello tonnato to aubergine caponata to beef carpaccio, main courses from lamb carrée to fish skewer with Saint-Jacques, corn poulard supreme, tortellini ricotta to pasta au gratin and finally a three-part dessert round are dished up. There is something for every taste.
